The word ‘headquarter’ doesn’t exist in English. You must always use the word ‘headquarters’ with an ‘s’. You can also use the word ‘head office’. The word ‘headquarters’ is usually used in the singular form but may sometimes be used in the plural form.

Ex. My company’s headquarters is in Berlin.

‘Headquarters’ can be used in the plural form if you are referring to the main offices of several companies.

Ex. The headquarters of many German banks are in Frankfurt.
