This module taught me about the different roles we play in groups, how to give opinions or disagree respectfully, and brainstorm phrases and techniques to make a product roll out a success. Through different examples, I learned how to prepare before a brainstorming session as well as what not to do.
In this module I learned about graphs, charts and questions that create strong surveys. I learned the importance of interpreting charts and graphs accurately before presenting them with confidence.
This module consisted of graphic design, perception, concise language and how to make our marketing meaningful and memorable.
By the end of this module I became familiar with Dr. Robert Cialdini and his six principles of persuasion. I learned how to get customers to say “yes” in an ethical and honest way.
